Prisma Health, the largest not-for-profit healthcare provider in South Carolina, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to serve as a core faculty for our rural family medicine residency program located in beautiful Seneca, SC. We are considering candidates with or without Sports Medicine fellowship training for this opportunity.

Family Medicine Residency:

Join our team of excellent providers in the new Center for Family Medicine Oconee 14,000 square foot state-of-the-art family medicine clinic. Located on the campus of Oconee Memorial Hospital, it includes 24 exam rooms, 2 treatment rooms, and is separated into 4 pods named after local lakes (Keowee, Jocassee, Hartwell, and Issaquena). Additionally, the clinic includes an in-house laboratory and X-ray suite.

Seneca Community

The town of Seneca (pop 9000) houses the campus of Prisma Health Oconee Memorial Hospital, a 169-bed facility that has received 10 consecutive Leapfrog Hospital Safety A grades and named a Top Rural Hospital. The town is located within minutes from numerous state and national parks which allow for abundant recreational opportunities including watersports, fishing, hiking, and biking. Centrally located at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and near the interstate corridor between Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC, Seneca is 2 hours from Atlanta and 45 minutes from Greenville, SC.
