Our Sports Medicine team is a seasoned and diverse group of providers, caring for referred Optum patients within the community.
Practice Highlights:
* 4-day work week or less * 1:1 dedicated MA support * Established practice with built in referral network * Provide comprehensive non-operative sports medicine care for athletes and active individuals of all ages * Diagnose and treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries and conditions * Perform ultrasound-guided procedures and joint injections as appropriate * Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and primary care providers * Evaluate sports-related injuries, concussion management, overuse injuries, and return-to-play decisions * EPIC EMR with integrated imaging and clinical workflow tools

Required Qualifications: * Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation * Sports Medicine Fellowship * Proficient in ultrasound guided procedures and/or strong desire to learn * Active, unrestricted medical license in Washington or ability to obtain * Valid DEA license
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $259,000 - $458,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
