Chill Cville is seeking a Sports and Injury Massage Therapist with a strong understanding of athletic performance, injury prevention, and recovery techniques. If you’re passionate about helping active individuals—from weekend warriors to competitive athletes—recover, restore, and optimize performance in a relaxed, non-clinical setting, we’d love to connect with you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customized massage therapy focused on sports recovery, mobility, and injury and sugery rehabilitation
• Provide complementary treatments like cryotherapy, red light therapy, and compression therapy
• Educate clients on how bodywork and our recovery services support performance and recovery
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment
• Build rapport and trust with returning clients
• Check in, check out and reschedule appointments

Requirements

Requirements:

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in Virginia with Sports & Injury Training 
• Passion for athletic recovery and performance enhancement as well as assisting the general population recovering from injuries and surgeries
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
• Openness to integrating modern recovery tools into your practice
• Must maintain personal professional liability insurance
