Physiotherapist 0- 5 Years out Sports & Active Population
SportsFit Health & Rehab is expanding and we’re looking for a motivated Physiotherapist (new graduate up to 5 years experience) to join our growing Five Dock clinic, recently doubled in size as of May 2025.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with an active and athletic caseload, values evidence-based practice, and wants long-term professional growth within a multi-disciplinary sports clinic.

Our multi-disciplinary team includes Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy and Exercise Physiology, allowing a collaborative approach to rehabilitation.
The Five Dock clinic offers a wide range of services including:
Sports injury and MSK rehabilitation
Casting & fracture management
Shockwave therapy
Field-based running rehab
Youth Athletic Development Programs
Anti-gravity treadmill arriving Feb 2026
The clinic has a strong focus on ACL rehab, with between 20- 30 ACL rehabbers currently attending across the two clinics.
The Role
You will work primarily with a sporting and active population, including:
Private MSK caseload (majority)
Post-operative rehabilitation
Sports injury and return-to-play pathways
Field rehab opportunities
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Some weekend work (Saturday or Sunday) is expected as part of this role.
For the right candidate, the role may also include:
Sports team coverage
Occupational health work and functional assessments

$1,500 annual CPD allowance
Weekly or fortnightly 1:1 mentoring with the Principal Physio (dependent on experience level)
Weekly/fortnightly team meetings
Quarterly guest expert in-services (all clinic teams)
Quarterly team outings & development events
New Graduates receive a structured onboarding and clinical development plan.
Package
$34.50 – $43.00 per hr + bonus structure + superannuation
